For registration to the admission the following documents are required (in an envelope file):

• birth certificate, certified copy;
• marriage certificate, certified copy for the married candidates;
• The Baccalaureate diploma in the original (or a certified copy for the candidates who has already enrolled to another university);

The 2013 graduates are accepted on a Baccalaureate promotion certificate. The certificate should contain:

• Overall average of the Baccalaureate (MGB)
• Digital skills test average at Baccalaureate
• Compulsory discipline average for Baccalaureate

The certificate will be signed by the school principal  and stamped in original;

• a transcript
• a medical certificate accompanied by the medical investigation results on pulmonary radiology and blood serology;
• three ID-type color photographs;
• A receipt for the payment of the registration fee – for each programme you signed in for, and, where applicable, documentation showing the tax exemption (under the laws and regulations of admission);
• Proof of Olympic quality (if applicable)
• Proof of a citizen of Gipsy origin (see Rules of admission online at: www.univ-ovidius.ro)

The candidate himself/herself will sign the completing forms.

• a transcript of years of studies, a certified copy
• a medical certificate accompanied by the medical investigation results on pulmonary radiology and blood serology;
• three ID-type color photographs;
• A receipt for the payment of the registration fee and, where applicable, a certificate or a document (a certified copy) showing the reason for fee exemption.
• A certificate issued by the state / private higher education institution specifying the candidate’s schooling conditions (with or without fee) in the first area.

For registration to Master studies the following documents are required (in an envelope file):

• the application form
• the birth certificate, certified copy;
• the marriage certificate, certified copy for the married candidates;
• the Baccalaureate diploma in the original
• the original Bachelor diploma or a replacing certificate for the 2012 graduates;
• A transcript of the years of studies, in the original or a certified copy;
• A medical certificate type M.S. 18.1.1. issued by general practitioners (showing that they are suited for field or specialization that they apply for); the certificate will be accompanied by the medical investigation results on pulmonary radiology and blood serology;
• three ID-type color photographs;
• a receipt for the payment of the registration fee.
